Life is a complex. We run to accumulate more materialistic things. Our running never ends. We can’t stop running. In the process, we miss a lot in our life.

Noticeable things are not noticed. Enjoyable things are not enjoyed. Appreciable things are not appreciated. Time is not well spent.

We think, we can be happy if we buy certain luxury items. After buying some luxury items, our mind is wandering to the next list of items. Why we never sit back, relax and feel happy for the things we bought. Will our searching come to end ? Will we start again to search something  new ?  Why our searching starts again ?  Will it end in any day ?  No.

Learn the concept of Minimalism.

Minimalism is intentionally living with only the things I really need – those items that support my purpose.

It is nothing but placing value on your experiences and accomplishments and the ones you  love instead of your possessions.

Living a minimalist lifestyle doesn’t mean that you never need anything. It doesn’t mean that the sweet Prime delivery of an Amazon box never darkens your doorway.

When you go supermarket, malls, you will stop buying something, just because offers are offered, discounts are given, freebies are attached, combo packs are available.  If something is bare necessary, then you can buy it. That too only for the present need. You need not stock for an whole year.

When you wanted to save money, in this way, you are changing your attitude. Once you’ve trained your mind to think differently about your belongings, you don’t really stop there. Kind of like when you clean off your computer desk to do some work and that bit of tidying evolves into a full-on spring cleaning.

How to start minimalism in our life ?

  1. De-clutter your house. Purge my home of belongings you no longer wanted, needed or used.
  2. Before buying anything, think twice. Is it really needed ? Can’t you live without that?
  3. De-clutter your mind, relationships, to-do list and priorities.

You may like the concept. You can give a try. But where to start and how to start ?

We resist making a change or diving into something new because it seems overwhelming and we don’t know where to start.

Fix a date immediately and day and start practicing. You cannot wait a Good Day to start with.
